Vendor Basics
All accepted vendors are charged a booth fee based upon the size of their confirmed booth space and agree to donate 15 percent of all sales generated through the CGC Trunk Show in cash or by check paid to CGC before departing the show venue. The document you sign is an application, not a contract. Country Garden Club of Perrysburg has the right to decide which applications to accept and will consider applicants based on uniqueness, diversity of merchandise, and how they best fit into the layout of our space. You will be notified by email of the decision of the Vendor Selection Committee concerning your application.

Exhibitor Space
The Carranor Club is a historic building with odd-shaped spaces. The fee for space ranges from $375 to $575 depending on the size of the space; whether electricity is available; and the location of the space. Booth sizes may be requested, but are not guaranteed and will be assigned in the order that completed Vendor Agreements are confirmed.
